New Drupal 8 CSS Architecture
Restructuring the Drupal 8 CSS is the next big step that John has initiated. Through January there has been many discussions on the CSS Architecture at:
http://groups.drupal.org/node/277223 & http://drupal.org/node/1891580. The CSS policy is now Official at the Drupal Documentation pages and we can start implementing them along with John at: http://drupal.org/node/1921610.
So what does this mean:
- All new CSS formatting guidelines
- CSS Architecture to make the CSS code more reusable, predictable, Maintainable & Scalable, based on SMACSS
- Reorganised CSS File structurewith logical structuring that supports efficient aggregation & easy updates by themers
