I have searched the web for info on the proper way to restore a corrupted octopus instance and have not found any info.

Is there a tutorial on how to restore an octopus instance?

I have an octopus front end that I can log into, but it has nothing in it, however 10 days ago it had 2 servers, 20 platforms and 30 sites in it - and those sites are still working - they still resolve in the browser and I can login as admin to them and enable and disable modules and add content, etc. - SO, how can I get the octopus aegir front end to recognize that they are there so I can use the front end once again?

Thanks for any advice on this strange problem

If you browse to http://yoursite.com/node/1 node/2 node/3 node/15 etc. do you see anything? Also - do you have a backup?

I see a page not found error, but within an aegir "eldr" theme; and the backups seem to be corrupt - my switch to InnoDB when upgrading to BOA 2.0.6 seemed to mess everything up. IN any case, I am proceeding site by site to move the sites to a different server; and will then delete the "corrupt" o1 instance and then re-create it fresh - unless you know of a better way - a way to be able to login to the o1 octopus instance and use the aegir front-end?

In any case, thanks for your advice.
