The Drupal Working Group of the Earth Science Information Partners Federation (Sponsored by NASA and NOAA) is having a one-day Drupal camp (called a Drupal lab) in Chapel Hill.

We will have 1/2 day of presentations about using Drupal for science, and a 1/2 day unconference discussion time for sharing issues and knowledge. We will be inviting a top Drupal dev person to also attend, present and offer Drupal coding wisdom (person to be announced shortly).
In the evening we will wander for beer...

We would like to invite triDUG members to join in. The only real issue is that we have to pay by the person for the use of the Friday Center. The ESIP Drupal folks pay the whole meeting fee, which includes the Friday Center fee. ESIP can't afford to have outside folks use the Center without getting the one-day room fee ($70)... this does include lunch and break food.

Please let me know if you might be interested in coming by the Drupal Lab, and/or if you have a suggestion for the beer venue.

thanks!

Hello triDUG,

The good news is that Angie Byron (Webchick) will be coming to Chapel Hill for the July 9 Drupal Lab! Any you are all invited. The not so good news is that it will still cost $70. (I'm working on that).

Please let me know (by comments) if you are interested in joining the day.
