The key Agenda of the conference is to get the Chennai Drupal Community to meet & learn. Camp will have Drupal Sessions, Free Training & Opportunity for Business heads to meet!
Top action item is to rope in more large companies/MNCs to participate. We are looking at bringing in more people from the management level involved in this in the next couple of weeks. Further to which we will work on getting a consensus on the date.

Drupal Camp Chennai - Organizing Meeting #2
All,
Can we have another session on Monday 24th at 8:00PM @ Google Hangout?
We are trying to connect with the following companies. We would like to review the progress. As I understand, we have a lot of members in the Drupal world who are not part of this group / initiative. We have listed some of the companies below.
Aim is to create a jump in participation by the end of this week. Ideally, we should have participation from all these companies in the next meeting so that we can freeze on the plans and get going on the next steps.
In case you have contacts in these companies, it would help if you can bring them onboard to this group. We can reach out to their senior management through them. Or you can also share their contact info by mail to me or Shyamala and we can connect with them separately.
