Hi.
I am thinking about moving into Australia and I am curious about which Australian based companies are the best ones to work for? I'm more interested in full service advertising companies rather than just companies specialized on websites(pure Drupal shops). Also I'm more interested in companies with more than 50 employees(I've worked for small companies and I'd like to change environment).
Which companies would you recommend?
And my second question is: I have a 7 years of pure Drupal experience on daily basis. What salary should I ask for since I can't just use exchange rates for Australian Dollar and I am not familiar with costs of living, taxes, insurance...
PS: would it be too much if I'd ask employer to provide me with housing?

You don't mention where you are coming from (Bratislava?) but I think one of your first barriers will be a working Visa. There are opportunities for employers to sponsor a Visa application but I think that would affect your salary and would need to be considered in the equation.
I think it's unlikely that an employer would house you for more than a few months. It does happen in some industries in Australia that an employer would pay for relocation and accommodation. This would be timeboxed though around the 12 month mark.
As for full service ad agencies that could use a full time Drupalganger of > 50 staff I can't think of any. The two public broadcasters though have large teams and a heavy Drupal requirement. Also various government teams.
Hopefully some other people will chime in with some other ideas.

Visa info is at http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/working-holiday. You may be eligible for a working holiday visa, but will ultimately need a 457 business visa (Company sponsored) to stay permanently. These are relatively easy to secure for in-demand skills like Drupal.
