Drupal Parents Meetup

I was talking with a couple other local Drupalers about the idea of having meetups oriented at kid-friendlienss. The idea is that many of us working parents get home and it's lame to bail on our spouses for any kind of meetup, and so we tend to not do it so often.

But, if we can bring our kids to the park together (the zoo and Discovery Center are also possibilities, but would mean less discussion), then we can meet our parental obligations and also connect with other Drupalists when we're not running down our kids, telling them to stop throwing woodchips at the babies in the swings and such.

Other Drupal people without kids could definitely come as well! The idea would be that it would be informal, nothing that kids can't interrupt naturally.

We could also do bring-your-own picnics so we can do this over the dinner hours as well.

So, if you folks are in, let me know when you might be up for this.
