I was using Omega at work, now I have to start a new project and I would like to start using Omega 4.
The problem is that here, in Italy, laws on accessibiliy forbid the use of html5, I've to use XHTML.
The question is: is there a way to "transform" omega html5 to xhtml? Simply editing tpls is not enough.

(an aside re the requirements)
I have no answer for arrubiu but was taken aback at the XHTML requirement. I did some searching to figure out what it's about. Italy passed the "Stanca Act" several years ago requiring accessibility, and the Act (or its corresponding regulations) require that there be a formal published grammar for the HTML used. HTML5 doesn't have one yet (!): it's still draft.
It looks like there is work in progress to improve the situation (http://polo-rer.polocesena.unibo.it/documentation_vamola/about.php?lang=eng).
Well, you can of course
Well, you can of course create a sub-theme and override the HTML5 providing templates and html.tpl.php to change the doctype.
