Linux ETC will be offering two of our Linux courses at the VistA Expo Academy in Seattle/Tacoma, WA on 20-21 October 2013. The course offerings will be as follows:
- Linux essentials for "end users" and those just getting into Linux.
- Junior Linux systems administration for those starting the journey into systems administration with Linux.
The delivery method model will be a "hybrid" of our class room method combined with our new self paced with mentor access method. Students will receive one day in class at the academy session, follow by either a 3-month (for Linux essentials) or 6-month (for junior Linux systems administration) self paced with mentoring terms. As with all of our classes, each student will receive a LiveUSB Linux distribution that will include the course materials. If you are wanting and even ready to take that first step into the world of Linux and Open Source, then enroll into these classes and enjoy the journey. If you are unable to attend our "in classroom" sessions do not worry since Linux ETC does offer self paced with mentoring as well as online class sessions as well.
