I completely disagree
We should not have tags that duplicate issue components. That goes against our tag policy on issue tags.

So what we want to avoid is having something in component search.module tagged "search", or something in component documentation tagged 'documentation'. If the information is in the component field/attribute, then we don't need (or want) it duplicated in the tag.
Agree with greggles that there may be reasons for doing this though... not sure?
Anyway, the tag guidelines are linked under the issue tag field, if you're ever interested in reading them. :)
