Hi, anyone here can help me with upgrading drupal 6.22 to atleast Drupal 7? im really lost. heeeelp :(

I actually red and done some research too.. the thing is im a bit hesitant to do the upgrade, because i might break something on the process. Im willing to pay just to have it updated to drupal 7.. please if you are willing how can i get in touch with you? I know for a drupal developer like you, updating is an easy process.. but for me as a newbie.. it scares the hell out of me, because the one that i need to update is on live production already. anyone?

About upgrading
First you need to inventory your Drupal 6:
1. Contrib modules installed - Are all these modules have Drupal 7 version?
2. Custom modules - List all the API's and hooks that are still in Drupal 7 and those that are depracated
3. Contrib themes
4. Custom themes
5. You have to consider your data (node, taxonomy, etc)
If you plan to do it in automated way these tools can help you.
1. Git
2. Bash/Shell
3. Drush
