Rules >> Triggered Rules >> Check the Content has Access (example: book access, forum access)

As the title suggests, I am trying to use the rules module to check Access Control.

Conditions
Content has type ==> Book page

Actions
Send mail to all user in Role ==> Role 1
No Problem

Now, I want to create the rule for check book access.

Ex. A is in group A and B is in group B, if I create new or update book for group A (Group B can't see this book.) , I want send e-mail to group A (Only group A) .

How I create rule for this example?
