Hi, I'm a web developer for a university which runs a multisite setup on Drupal 7 Acquia Cloud. All the sites have the same basic codebase and even look and feel, but with slight tweaks, different menus, content, etc.
We have an emergency notification view that's on every page, that displays when we create an emergency notification node on one particular site using Feeds XML Backend.
Of course, the key with emergency notifications is that they be instantaneous and on every page of the site. This means our PR director, who is fine at creating/editing content in Drupal but does not have access to Drush, etc., needs to be able to get these showing on every page to anonymous users right after he posts them.
It would certainly be slow, and painful (especially if done from a mobile device) for him to log into all 15 or so sites and clear the caches for each one.
Does anybody have any ideas on how to clear caches for all the sites in our setup, from one single page in the web-based Drupal UI??
Thanks
Joe

Is Drush not an option?
If direct Drush use isn't an option, how about a module which invokes the Drush command via a menu item?
