Hello All.
I may be wrong but in a traditional fashion for me I seem to have a need that goes the other way than most.
My need is simple : I want to be able to have a given node automatically published on a facebook account.
It could be just the tittle and teaser or the title and the whole node, being able to choose one or the other from the node publish page would be a plus.
In my case Drupal IS the main source of content and facebook is a way to engage a wider audience, plus the content of Facebook is a superset/alter-set of content on the drupal site.
Seems so obvious to me that I may just have been blind but looking around on drupal.org for various modules did not seem to bring anything useful.
Maybe Drupal for Facebook would allow me to do it but I am not even sure.
It seemed to be a pretty simple need but since I could not find a module doing this while finding plenty doing the other (expose the user stream on a drupal site) is there some snafu I missed or a (kill-all-business-layers) legal trap I missed ?
If not what would be your suggestions and pointers do to such thing ?
Thanks a lot for your time and sharing your expertise.

I need it too.
I need it too.
What about
the standard "share this" approach? If that's what you're looking for, I think there are modules for this.
Conclusion
Somebody wrote me a "drupal message/ mail" but I can't get my hand on it and find my way to such inbox on the site.
Since it can be of general interest I'll answer here :
We ended up using share-this because it allows other users to also share the stuff on their own page AND they did all the research already. I would have preferred a much more simple approach thus avoiding the "spy over you shoulder and monetize this pretending it is free behavior of share-this", avoiding the dependency on a third party and last but really not least avoiding the potential random impact on page loading time of uncontrollable communications with a third party server at page load time ... But ...
I was not able to find any pointers about how to do this ... so, I caved in for now :)
Share this "redirect" to the standard Facebook page for publishing link to other websites, a really nice page that is smart enough to pre-load the comment and propose some pictures extracted from the destination website to illustrate the stream item.
Since share-this does that it should be doable straight from Drupal but we did not have the time to pursue this more.
I am still interested about this though :)
Use the Notes import feature
Drupal exports an RSS feed - just add that as the imported RSS feed for your Notes of your page.
Social RSS
There's also an app called Social RSS that will post items from RSS feeds to your wall, which means that they will appear in your page's activity stream broadcasting them to all the people that "like" your page. You have to pay for the full version, but it's like $25-30 if memory serves, and it's well worth it.
