Demo by Jon Lee.
On the docket this week is a how-to on setting up a development environment on your computer. Have you tried to fix bugs in your or someone else's module by injecting code that prints out select variables for you? After this cafe, you will be able to forgo that frustrating process and instead be able not only to monitor all of the variables in the code, but also to step through your and Drupal's code one line at a time!
As always, there will be time to field everyone's own questions and quandries, so bring your electronic or old-school notebook with you and we hope to see you there!
We will take a poll at the beginning to order pizza if there is interest.
Location confirmed 12/14.

More info?
Hi,
As I'm not going to be able to attend (I'm on the other side of Atlantic) would you be able to post some more info about the tools you are going to use, setup, etc?
Thanks,
Andrei

Aptana for Ubuntu
For folks trying to get Aptana up and running in Ubuntu, it's really easy!
Just download, move the directory to /usr/local/lib/aptana, and then create a menu entry to point to ‘/usr/local/lib/aptana/AptanaStudio’.
There are step-by-step instructions with pictures here:

(Note: You don't need to create runAptana.sh anymore with newer versions of Aptana. See the comments below the instructions.)
