Drupal Ladder - Learn AND Issues Sprint @TaotiCreative

Join us on Tuesday, April 22nd @TaotiCreative for the next Drupal Ladder meetup! We'll be doing both LEARN and ISSUE sprints going on at the same time and place. The more novice developers can join the LEARN group while the more experienced can focus on Drupal 8 core issues or even contrib modules if preferred.

Novice Devs / Learn Sprint Participants:
To get the most out of the event (and to ensure everyone else does too), please come prepared! That means you should bring a laptop that is ALREADY SET UP with a working installation of Drupal 8. If you need help, there are some resource links below, or feel free to contact us in advance. But we won't have time at the event to help individuals get their computer set up. If you don't have that much, you're welcome to come and observe, but again, so that we can move others up the ladder, we don't want to use precious meetup time just installing software.

To get set up, download and install Drupal Pro: https://drupal.org/project/drupalpro.

More about the Event

Our host Taoti Creative will provide pizza and beer (and softdrinks). You can eat, drink and be merry from 6:30 to 7, but at 7 (sharp!), we'd like to get down to business. These events usually last about 1.5-2 hours, but you are of course free to come and go as you please.
To get the most out of this sprint we encourage everyone to visit the Drupal 8 issue queue in advance and look for issues that you would be interested in working on. Please have your development environment set up and ready to go so we can hit the ground running.

Recruiters: this is a working event and not an appropriate place to just come and socialize or recruit. Please stick to our monthly events at Stetson's.
