Can't Upload Files

I am setting up an Open Atrium site for a local non profit and everything seems to be working correctly except I cannot attach files to tasks, discussions, etc. When you select the attachment button the screen just scrolls to the top. I can upload a file through the administrator interface though. I do get this error message in the server logs but it does not tell me anything of value.

I installed this on a local server and it seems to work fine but does not work on a hosted server.

Mod can close/delete this if they wish. I've re-installed 3 times with the exact same result and I'm out of time. Looks like its back to a mailing list and FTP.

Er, nevermind.. :-) Re-reading the issue description, it doesn't sound like a server thing! I'm really not sure what could be causing that, I don't even know where to start. Sorry!
