Nice to see everyone as always.

We went through the new https://www.drupal.org/project/redhen_donation module which we're looking to add to our charity project so they can accept donations. Right now the iATS payments gateway doesn't support direct debit in Aus so we need to check with Hopewell if that limitation is acceptable, then we can go ahead and replace their old inflexible donation system.

Jaymie gave a fantastic talk on "Becoming a Better Developer" which covered a whole range of topics:

  1. Work with others (pairing)
  2. Listen to podcasts
  3. Experiment
  4. Use Tools
  5. Get to know your editor
  6. Learn the command line (damn terminal, you scary)
  7. Just Build Stuff
  8. Look After Yourself!

Next month I'll be giving a talk on Docker and how it can help keep your Drupal environments sane.

See everyone in September.
