The next Santa Cruz Drupal User Group will be Tuesday Oct 7, 2014 at 7pm at Nextspace.
Julia suggested a presentation/discussion on responsive web design (RWD). The thought was that might be a collaborative effort between the themers. :)
Any other topics that we want to discuss? If there is interest, I can go over building a Drupal 8 install profile and demo the one I made (with help from Gabor Hojtsy and Aimee Degnan). Or that can wait until November.

I'm baaaAAAaaack
I got back Saturday evening from my trip across the country on a 1928 motorcycle. No broken bones this time, thank you. You see a lot when you can only do 50mph and can't listen to music because you have a 6 volt electric system that can barely keep the headlight on. :-)
RWD would be very informative to me. Also, it was very nice of you guys to put off talking about Media last time, as I would love to see what you consider best practices (and best modules) for this topic.
I bet D8 install profiles will become a normal tool for site builders, so that they have customized starting points for each project.
