Had a great time attending the Drupal meet 2014.
Thanks again for this wonderful opportunity to meet our Chennai Drupal Masters. Special thanks to Shyamala.
This meet was very useful as it involved the sharing of each other's drupal bottlenecks, challenges and ways to resolve it.

I made note of some important points during discussion which I am sharing below,

  • Newrelic
  • Headless drupal - Single Page Access (SPA)
  • Use saas and less to avoid more css writeup
  • gatling - http://gatling.io/
  • Domain taxonomy module, entity translation module - upgrade drupal version
  • Use Drush to Upgrade from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7. drush site-upgrade
  • cache_form table expiration
  • Blackboard learning management system (lms)
  • https://www.drupal.org/project/kalvi
  • shell script interfaces and features module will helpful to move our site configurations to live environment/deployment
  • Angular js and node js integration in drupal
