Drupal 8 Multilingual Initiative meeting on October 29, 2014

Note to US attendees! Europe changed to winter time last weekend, so to keep the meeting at the same local time for European attendees, the meeting is one hour later for you. Next time all should be back to normal as the US will change timezones at the end of the week.
