Would be good to get chx profile up on the website so people know he's coming - seems a good time as tickets and sessions now up. I'm happy helping with words but you know what I'm like when it comes to front-end stuff!

OK cool - yeah, not sure how to best set things up on the website side so whatever's best, I'm sure he'll be fine but I guess worth checking first in case he has a fave pic or some specific profile wording, probably not.
Also need to figure out some content for accommodation, and noticed instructions from the airport still aren't there.
We should start thinking about the social stuff too in case we need to book a place. I thought a pub crawl or something might work - a bit like amsterdam so the crowd is spread across a few places.
Happy to do some content and send it over if that's easier? Got a proposal to get out but have some time this weekend.

Pub crawl - will have a think, currently thinking the trafalgar street 'run', there's plenty in North Laine. Not sure it's worth phoning in advance, it'll be a Saturday and most won't care unless you book a room.

Not sure about bus, sounds a bit expensive plus never had to use public transport in brighton centre it's so small!

Indeed - just an idea as always getting moaned at that there's nothing focused for the non-drinkers, so was thinking a smaller 10 or 20 people side-event as opposed to 'the main event' if you know what I mean.
Also it's a bit of a hard one as many people just come down for the day, I think previously I had checkboxes on the registration form so I could gauge how many would be staying for the whole weekend.

Please can you add a list of proposed sessions.
People can see what has been submitted so far. It really does help get more session submissions in and sell tickets if people have a clue about content early.
Also if you want some help with the site, I can sitebuild and also theme like a boss :)

Hi Emma - weve got 2 session submissions so far, we could publish them as proposed for now (using COD backend admin) - the plan is to go through when we have a whole bunch then decide where they slot in/whats the best mix.
This does depend on how many we get tho and how quick! Appreciate what you say tho about showing people whats on the menu...
Yes we could do with some help on the theming - weve had a few offers of help so just need to decide who/when but appreciate the offer! Having a skype catchup this week hopefully to thrash out next steps and decide whos doing what - watch this space ;-)
