Meeting minutes:

Time: 30-Dec-2014, 3:00 - 3:35 PM.
Attendees: Hussain, Chakrapani, Jaya, Gokul, Pavithra.

Building the community in Bangalore

Improving interpersonal relationships among the community.
Make it open to people and welcoming to the community.
Increased transparency.
Encourage push from the employers to participate in the community.
Build a list of companies in/around Bangalore and promote to them.
Determine benefits to companies to participate in the community.
Build plan of action, drafts, templates and other assets for communication with the companies.
Build a core committee for Bangalore community to easily identify and approach key members.
Identify interested organizers and delegate regions in Bangalore and encourage community activities.

Website

Identified roles for drupalcampbangalore.org and drupalbangalore.org. Generic information about the Bangalore community will be placed on drupalbangalore.org and camps will be promoted on drupalcampbangalore.org.
The core team to have complete access to both websites.
Determine list of features to build by 9-Jan-2015.
Jaya to own the website effort.
Initial focus on drupalbangalore.org.

Jan 17th Code Sprint

Determine venue and feasibility of existing options.
Chakrapani to reach out to confirm venues.
Promote event and encourage participation from Drupalers around the city.

Minicamp

Form a plan of action by 9-Jan-2015.
Pavithra/Chakrapani/Hussain to approach student organizations and companies for possible venues.

Action Items

9-Jan-2015 - Jaya - Determine feature list for drupalbangalore.org.
9-Jan-2015 - Plan of action for minicamp.
TBD - Chakrapani - Confirm venue for code sprint.
TBD - Build list of companies.
TBD - Prepare marketing collateral, assets, etc... for official communication.
