Happy New Year all!
Not sure if anyone monitors this site, and the date fluctuates often, but Drupal 8 should be released in about a year: https://drupalreleasedate.com/
I've noticed the API documentation for D8 has come around quite a bit lately, so I thought the best way to learn D8/Symphony would be to jump in head-first and write a module or update an existing one.
I know D8 core needs help, but I think I'd like to see an entire project go end-to-end.
Anyone interested in co-authoring a D8 module, and if so, any thoughts on what to tackle?
Thanks and regards,
Dan Harris

Hi Dan I've authored three Drupal 8 modules so far; there are many many Drupal 7 modules that still need to be ported. Best thing is to check first with the maintainers before starting. And yes I'm interested in coauthoring.
Awesome
Hi Paul.
That's awesome that you already have a few D8 modules under your belt.
Any thoughts on a medium-size D7 module you think we can handle (or perhaps a new D8 module)?
Thanks,
Dan
