Proposal - Assign group ownership to me (geerlingguy), change organizers

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

It seems this has been discussed before:

As one of the frequent attendees of the St. Louis area Drupal meetups, and an organizer of DrupalCamp St. Louis, and finally, as a lifelong resident of St. Louis who isn't really considering moving away or abandoning Drupal any time soon, I would like to propose making myself (geerlingguy) owner of this group.

Along with that, I'd like to change the current organizers to remove many of the organizers who are no longer with us (for various reasons), and update the list to include the current community wranglers here in STL.

I will be contacting djw2 via his contact form to see if he can switch ownership to me, but failing that, we'll wait a couple weeks and discuss anything that needs discussing here :)
