After lots of discussion, both online here and in person at various meetups, I've decided to branch the PDX DUG out every once in awhile and allow shops around town to offer us their offices to host a meetup.

What is the address for ThinkShout!. Since this is the Portland user group, I assume this is somewhere in Portland, right?

Need help setting up an SSO server!
Hello everybody,
I am new here and just getting started with Drupal few weeks ago. I hope this is the right place to post this message if not please point me to the right direction.
I am working on a personal project that involve a Drupal site on Azure that allows its users to get access to few other sites (Moodle, Magenta..) also on Azure without the need to log in again. I am more than happy to offer some payment for an expert to help me learning and put this together (SSO server..?).

You should try the "Create Discussion" link at the top of the sidebar (when you're logged in) to post a new discussion topic with your comment, rather than just adding a comment on an existing topic.
Also, try other relevant Drupal Groups. A quick keyword search (https://groups.drupal.org/og/all) for Azure and Moodle resulted in some possibly related groups you could join:
