Since there won't be a frontend meetup tonight, here's something that might interest you: Today is Global Accessibility Awareness Day, with events happening worldwide.
While there isn't an event in Portland, there is a free, online 24-hour set of presentations called Inclusive Design 24, focusing on the intersection of web design/frontend and accessibility.
The sessions continue until 5PM Portland time, but they're archived on that site so you can check them out at any time. It is free and you don't have to register to watch them.
So in lieu of an in-person meetup, brush up on your a11y design skills!
