We are seeking experienced Drupal developers/site builders/project managers to join our dynamic, growing team. You will lead projects for international and local clients. You will manage and train a team of local developers and trainees, making a meaningful contribution to the growth of Drupal in Myanmar. You will help building and supporting the official Drupal community in Myanmar. You will be based in Myanmar's biggest city, and be able to experience one of Asia’s most isolated countries at an exciting time of change.

What you have to offer:
• English verbal and written communications skills.
• Minimum 6 years professional experience in web development, with at least 3 years in Drupal development.
• Excellent knowledge of Drupal configuration required.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP and MySQL required.
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux shell and the LAMP stack.
• Experience with Drupal module development, GIT and LEMP stack is a plus.
• Proven project management skills and experience working with and leading small teams.
• Highly motivated to constantly learn and improve your skills.
• Working well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and accurately.
• Self-motivator with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
