Add group owners to "Belgium" group

This group does not match the new(?) rules for groups on groups.drupal.org: it only has 1 organizer and has more than 20 members.

Also this group does not seem to be managed very actively. For example there is a company posting a lot of commercial events here. See Discover Drupal 8 training
This kind of makes other events invisible. It would be good if someone monitored this and unpublish some events in a case like this.

I'd propose to add me (and possibly others) as organizer.

Hi Boris,
I'm completely agree with you. I would like to start helping in the Belgium community, but I don't need admin rights to do it :)
Sometimes is being difficult because I find events in flemish but I can understand this situation (in the Spanish community we have the same problem but we are working hard to avoid this barrier)
