Hi all,
I hope everyone is ok!
This year has just been mental and is flying by so quickly!
I am keen for us to do DCBrighton 2016 - if anyone else is?
The problem I have is I'm going away on Saturday for 6 weeks, I was hoping to meet thursday evening but I have just got too much to do before hand.
I was thinking about contacting the uni and a few other people to see if we would be able to hold it there again.
What's everyone thoughts?

In terms of sponsors we have a list of people and who is best to contact them - I believe it was mostly Rich, Alick and Kev - if we stick to the same people contacting then that would make sense.
Lizzie that's awesome you want to get stuck in Biz day - you did an awesome job at it this year!
I will email the uni today, fingers crossed all is good and we didn't annoy them too much last year ;)

Think it's an indigo pub now - probably means it'll be noisier than before given their trademark is ridiculously loud music at the hobgoblin and hare and hounds!!

I went in there a couple of weeks ago to check it out after the refurb and wasn't impressed. It was really loud, and they were blasting Oasis, which is reason enough to stay away!

Yeah, I wasn't a fan, but you never know, it could be OK. I've been planning on continuing to schedule the monthly pub meetup at the Bath Arms, it's worked out pretty good in there the past few times.

Just to let you know I emailed the university but not heard back, it is summer holidays so that may be why. I have just sent them a reminder email and asked them to liaise with Kev whilst I'm away.
Hopefully they won't mind having us again!

Here's the details for the Sallis Benney I got a couple of years back in case that's in the offing, I think it'd make an awesome venue for a TEDx-style event like the business days are, and it doesn't feel too empty if there's 100/300 in there. Drupal Drinks
It's the monthly Drupal Drinks tonight, I posted this month's event & the next few so it's clear.
If someone wants to let me know when the next DrupalCamp Brighton meeting is I'll happily post those too.
This means they now appear on drupical so anyone can see, perhaps they might be visiting the area or something hence why it's good to have them posted. And Craig will hopefully not get confused more :D
