User group meeting
Come out to the Metal Toad offices (522 SW 5th Ave.) this Wednesday for the August Drupal user group meetup.
This month we'll have Lightning Talks. If you choose, come prepared to talk for anywhere from zero to 5 minutes max on a subject somehow related to Drupal. The idea is to fit as many different topics into the meetup time that we can. No time to go into any depth, we just power through!
Anything Drupal is fair game -- a cool module or theme you recently tried out... a nifty thing you learned about Drupal 8... a quick demo of a site you just launched... you get the idea!

Position opening at the City of Portland
I have been promoting Drupal and winning people over one project at a time while working for the City of Portland over the last 4 years, but I am moving on and the City really needs someone well rounded to pick up where I'm leaving off.
I will be at the meetup tonight to hopefully answer anyone's questions about working for the City and why it might be a great challenge / opportunity for you.
