I have just released the Featured Content Module and am getting some good reviews so far.
In order to get into the "top modules" at drupalmodules.com, I need to have at least 5 reviews. If you have time to install, test out the module, and leave a review, that would be great:

The intended users for the module are: non-technical users, users unfamiliar with views, or users who want to get up featured/related content blocks quickly without using views.
