* Create voicemail groups
* Record public and private audio announcements
* Create audio events to be added to a shared calendar
* Organize phone-based polls
* And much more!

If you are interested, come to our meetings:

Any updates on this..

Are you planning to control Asterisk SIP server from Drupal? There are some Asterisk related modules available that pertain to obtaining CDR records. A2billing is another open source software for the AAA (Authentication, Authorization & Accounting) of Asterisk server. There was an effort made earlier to develop A2billing like software using Drupal. It will be cool to have Drupal connect to A2billing - which in turn can perform the actions in Asterisk. Please post the updates here or if there is another group you have, please do let me know. Thanks.

Hello __rajeev,

Thanks for your message. I've just created a Voip Drupal group (http://groups.drupal.org/voip-drupal) to answer questions and foster discussions like the one you presented. Have you got any experience developing for Asterisk and/or Drupal? We're always looking for new volunteers to help us out... :)

Best,

Leo
