We have talked about going to London and join them for the party instead of having a small one in Brighton?
Everyone happy with this? We should probably make contact and make sure London are happy with us coming.
We can meetup in Brighton take a train and share "do you remember Drupal 6 or earlier stories" on our way to a brighter future :)

Who's going up then? I see it's in "Limehouse Town Hall" which by the looks of it is a couple of trains, DLR then bus or walk 10mins.... 2h+ journeytime :(
It starts at 6pm and there's talks then drinks I believe, not sure if I'm gonna leave around 4ish or a little later, then of course there's getting back, was going to suggest around 10ish otherwise it's issues with last trains I guess.

As usual, I'll probably be deciding at the last minute if I go. I'm not entirely sure I feel up to travelling up there for this. Sounds like more travel time than being there!
Our regular pub meetup is the 17th, we could postpone that to the 19th if enough people want to stay local, or just celebrate on the 17th, or do both. So I guess that's up to the folks who usually come out for that, and who's going to be here.

I won't be making Tuesday's meet anyway as got a ticket for "The Great Debate - What are Universities for?" as I saw the invite & thought I'd ask the question how voluntary communities like ourselves can cooperate with the uni when they want to push us out in favour of business bookings and charge us £21k for a community event. I got a ticket with the words "We'll let you know if your question will be asked"... we'll see...
