Drupal 8 Multilingual Initiative meeting on Nov 4, 2015

Relative times between Europe and US are the same again. So the meeting should be back at the same time for people in the US. It is still at 6pm for people in most of Europe.

Drupal 8 RC3 is out now! There is also only a bit more than two weeks to go to the release of Drupal 8.0.0 itself. Only three types of changes are possible now: some of the critical issues, some of the rc target and some rc eligible issues, but as you can expect, things are tightening very much at this point. Of course the rest of the issues are also valuable once Drupal 8.0.0 is out, so don't despair!
