The warning on the "Available Updates" page says, "Do not manually update projects within distributions! This includes any project defined in a .make file." In the past, I mistakenly updated some modules on a Panopoly distribution separately from the distribution itself. Now I am doing Panopoly updates correctly, and all my modules are up to date -- both the Panopoly modules and Contrib modules that are part of the distribution. However, now I seem to have a permanent discrepancy between the actual modules installed and the contents of the Panopoly makefile. This discrepancy produces errors on the Drupal "Available Updates" page. Can anyone help me understand this? How can I make those warnings go away?

Are Admin Menu and Admin Views the two modules you had upgraded on your own?
What method did you originally use to upgrade modules? And where did you install them at?
It seems to be having issues recognizing the version of those two modules in the panopoly_admin.make file.

Nope, not Admin Menu and Admin Views
There are a total of 18 Panopoly-related modules plus 1 theme that are reported with one of the followng errors:
"does not match .make file version Unknown from panopoly_admin."
"does not match .make file version Unknown from panopoly_search."
"does not match .make file version Unknown from panopoly_widgets."
"does not match .make file version Unknown from panopoly_users."
"does not match .make file version Unknown from panopoly_theme."
I recall updating a single contrib module that is part of Panopoly, though I may have updated two. I performed the update by using the tool built into Drupal at /admin/reports/updates/update. Doing so appears to have broken several different Panopoly makefiles, including makefiles that should not have been affected at all by anything I did.
