2 drupals site in on one hosting server

Hi

I have a drupal 6 website hosted at netregistry, which is the site we have been using for many years.

We wanted to create a new web site using drupal 7 so we created a sub folder called DEV and then created a new site in this folder using drupal 7.

We built this site in the DEV folder and now is ready to go live.

It got a bit messy because we just thought we could do a redirection on the incoming url to this sub folder which works ok but we can still see the DEV subfolder in the url and can't access the drupal 6 site via a url.

I now need some to finish this for me and ideally I would like the contents of DEV folder (drupal 7 site) moved to the root folder and the contents of the root folder (drupal 6 site) moved to the DEV folder so we can still access it if required.

Is anyone interested on some freelance work to complete this task?
