Hello,
I have placed an OA Files & Folders widget on the users dashboard. I want the widget to display all the files the user has access to on all the spaces that they are members of.
Currently it only displays the files for the last space the user viewed. I don't see a way to configure for "all spaces". Your help is appreciated.

Your Files : Here's How
OK, well I finally figured it out for myself. Here's How:
Add Files & Folders widget to the user dashboard:
1) Goto /admin/structure/panelizer/
2) Scroll down to User and select "Content" from "Full Page Override"
3) Add Content and select "Files and Folder" widget
4) Configure the widget (see next steps)
Configure Widget for All Files
1) Categorize by "Vocabulary"
2) Set "Content Type" to "Document Page"
3) Leave "Vocabulary" blank
4) Set "Section" to "Any"
5) Set any other settings you require and Save
When your users go to their dashboards a Files & Folders widget will show all the files they have access to.
