Hi.
We had a discussion at the Dublin meet up yesterday and have decided to make a video to be shown at DrupalCon New Orleans
Anyone who would like to volunteer, please let us know. We are planning to meet sometime next week. The final meeting date, time and location will be confirmed shortly.
There is no requirement for some of us to go from Ireland to DrupalCon New Orleans in May, but if someone is going:
- DA will pay for their conference tickets
- DA will give them the staff rate in the conference hotel
- All other expenses to be covered personally
- DA will cover 2 people (we need to confirm this point in writing)

Meeting on Thursday 7th April at 7pm

The final date, time and location have been confirmed for the first meeting regarding the video:
We are meeting this Thursday (7th April) at 7pm at the Irish Film Institute (IFI), 6 Eustace St, Dublin 2.
The purpose of the meeting would be to define the scope of the video (duration, requirements, pre-production, filming, post-production, etc) and putting a team together..
Anyone willing to be part of that group please come to the IFI this Thursday.
