This month's Portland Drupal User Group will take place at ThinkShout (433 NW 4th Ave. Ste 100).
At this user group:

Maria Fisher will share how ThinkShout does tech-spec for tickets and will show some templates they use for the process.

Amy Vallaincourt-Sals will present an overview of component based design vs theming, what is Pattern Lab, and her perspective of how it fits into the Drupal world.

Amber Matz will give a quick update on the Pacific NW Drupal Summit (coming up Feb 3-4 at the University Place Hotel) and will be recruiting on-site volunteers.
Pizza and socializing starting at 6pm followed by presentations starting at 6:30 pm.

If those who stood up during the announcements time to announce job opportunities could list them on the "January Job openings" post that would be great. It would also be cool to include any other jobs relevant in there as well, such as PM's, content editors, etc etc.
I know a few people looking for various positions, and being able to refer them to you would be mutually beneficial of course :)
