Après de nombreuses sessions très intéressantes sur D8 effectuées dans le cadre du PHP User group et du Webmardi sur les meilleures façons d'exposer une API avec D8 pour faire du headless ou juste servir une application tierce, il semble que la problématique inverse se doit de trouver une réponse: comment consommer au mieux des API externes ? Cela implique l'accès, la disponibilité, la sécurité, la scalabilité, les tests...
Est-ce qu'on pourrait rajouter d'autres sujets/thèmes à un prochain meetup, par exemple Drupal Commerce ? Quels sont vos souhaits et désirs ?
Cela peut prendre 5 minutes ou plus, avec des supports ou pas, comme vous le voulez, venez comme vous êtes !
Propositions de lieux ? J'ai une possibilité à mi-chemin entre Genève et Lausanne, à côté de la gare de Gland, toute autre offre est possible !

Thinking on collecting a list of subjects for our next meetups. We had some very interesting meetups with the PHP User group and the Webmardi group where the exposed APIs of Drupal 8 were used and showcased, would it be time to get the other side of the coin, how to consume external APIs with Drupal 8 ? What about Drupal Commerce
Please comment on this proposition, submit your own (event if it's only 5 minutes or more, improvised, come as you are). There is an offer for a room next to the train station of Gland (midway between Geneva and Lausanne).

About interesting subjects, I would love to have some feedback about an experience with Drupal and GraphQL!
I remember some had used graphQL in the last meetup, maybe they would be interested in presenting something?
Migrations with Drupal 8 is also an interesting topic.
About the location, I think that Lausanne is good, it is pretty "central" in Romandie so it might attract more people but why not try Gland if it is close to a train station

Yes, absolutely, content migration would be a great subject ! You'll receive a notification when the new event is posted, I have to sort out a comfy place on the calendar, this should be between mid-March and mid-April.
We'll do everything to accomodate any other potential participants, there is always something interesting to learn and share !

Date and organization
Content migration is a great topic, I would be great to have the IPSOS use case exposed !
@Guillaume re the organization what would you think of having them over lunchtime ? So everyone can still enjoy his evening ? Also, what are your views on the audience ? Last time I came it was really technical deep dive though I believe some of use would also be very interested by a more functional driven approach.

It would be really great ! Not so sure about the lunchtime scheduled, freeing some time and moving around at lunchtime is hard, especially if you have to travel from another city. The evening can still be enjoyed, with great content, community and discussions.
The audience will be very diverse, I do not expect only developers to show up. As Drupal 8 is far more enterprise-centric as it was before, we'll have the whole array of use-cases possible, from front-end experts, back-end specialists, users, editors, project managers, designers and interested people who do not (yet) use Drupal !
It will be a great occasion to showcase what is new with Drupal 8.5, as I feel some of the features are truly killer features and the whole GraphQL/Headless path takes a really good head-start.

Thank you for the perfect event scheduling. :) So I confirm you that I can do the presentation about migrations on 25th of April after 19.00 in Gland.
I can show how to specify scope of migrations of country sites to Drupal 8 multilingual site, and what are typical problems to predict in a content migration.
It's a manager's, not a developper's point of view.
