Mentor Meta meetings are once a month, currently on the second Wednesday of the month at 20:00 UTC (What time is that for me?). These are mentor meetings about mentoring (hence the "meta"), about upcoming events and ongoing Drupal core mentoring efforts.

Do you want to get involved doing mentoring but not sure what to do? Want to help Drupal mentoring be successful? Join us. All help is welcome:

-people who can help organize us
-developers to help us with Drupal.org issues that will effect contributor or mentor experience
-planners to help with events
-people with different skills who are interested

Share what mentoring successes and challenges you have had.

@mradcliffe to ping YesCT regarding the mentoring issue queue before we start on the tidying meta.
@ekl1773 put together an example agenda and plan for a slack meeting for June, get feedback and try it (also, do we want to track attendance as a contribution via the mentoring issue queue?)

  • DrupalCon Nashville retrospective- continuing to collect input on this. Thoughts included leslieg suggesting splitting the first-timers' workshop into targeted groups, and Rachel suggesting we streamline paths for all types of contribution.
  • Upcoming events, particularly Drupal Europe- Monday & Friday contribution days!
