When you login as a regular member, what are you allowed to do: "create poll", "create story", "create event", etc.?
Any bugs, glitches, or missing features you notice?
I'm asking, so I know how heavily each member has to rely on the manager to do things vs. doing them on their own.

Yeah we're allowed to do all that.

features ...
... and, along with "invite friend" and "[manage] my subscription," that's all.
Does anyone else feel that this is a bit ... sparse for a collaborative environment?
I just spent a few minutes browsing the og project page. I see that there is (at
least for 4.6) an "Organic Group Forum" module. I think that for any web
collaboration, support for threaded discussion (which in practical terms means
either a forum or an email list) is an essential requirement.
I have not had time to look into this, but I wonder if the absence of forums
on g.d.o is due to:
(a) the fact the module has not been updated (actually, is g.d.o on 4.6 or 4.7?),
(b) due to resource constraints,
(c) a design decision by Moshe et al., or
(d) some other reason(s)?
Now one could argue "we have stories and comments; that's threaded
discussion. What does a forum offer that stories don't?" And if one did,
one might reply.
But I'm interested in what you all have to say.
og_forum
is using the 4.7 API in CVS HEAD, but the code is currently quite broken as far as I remember - updates/corrections welcome of course :)
