December DUG @ Acquia - Views and Entity References

This month's Portland Drupal User Group will take place at Acquia (1120 NW Couch St, Suite 630).

At this user group:

Ben Hare will cover some of his favorite features of Views. We're excited to see Some Drupal site building topics on the schedule!

Jakob Perry will share a talk he's prepared for some upcoming conferences: "Entity References gone wild, how they are sinking Drupal 8 projects". It covers Entity Reference Revisions, Nodes and Paragraphs and their impact on site performance.

For future months, we're looking for people to give talks. They could be 5 minutes or as long as about 45 minutes. If you're interested, find me on Slack or talk to me in person tomorrow.

Our icebreaker question of the day will be "What's something you make when you aren't at work?"

Pizza and socializing starting at 6pm followed by presentations starting at 6:30 pm.
