DrupalSouth Steering Committee Update

Thanks again to everyone who nominated and voted for the DrupalSouth Steering Committee.

The elected members met for the first time last week and have agreed to take on the following roles:

• Owen Lansbury (AU): Chair and primary liaison with Linux Australia and the Drupal Association.
• Nicole Kirsch (NZ): Treasurer and record keeper.
• Pamela Barone (AU): Event liaison and Code of Conduct officer.
• Thom Toogood (NZ): Government liaison and Code of Conduct officer.
• Chris Skene (AU): Corporate liaison and marketing lead.

This committee is overseen by the Linux Australia Council and all documentation and record keeping will be published at https://drupalsouth.org/committee

The committee will meet openly with the Drupal community and anyone is welcome to join the monthly online meetings as an observer. These meetings will be held on the first Thursday of each month at 1pm AEST / 3pm NZST, the next meeting being scheduled for July 4.
