Hi,
I have a client that needs their Drupal 7 site %100 AA accessible by January 1st, 2020. Although I am a Drupal developer, I have been working primarily with Wordpress the last couple years and I am far from an expert in accessibility. Is there anyone in this group available to help out? Or, can anyone recommend someone?

I've been doing this for a while, and I'd start by running a quick scan of the site with axe or site improve's chrome add-ons:

The bulk of your work will be in the template files. But its not too hard to get compliance... The manual is located here: https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/quickref/
Maybe do a crawl with https://dynomapper.com/ and see what you are working with, and start from there.
