Any Freelancers out there available to help with a D8 to D9 upgrade?
The site is on the latest version of D8, is built with Composer (needs to move to Composer 2) and Pantheon scaffolding that needs replaced, hosted on Pantheon, uses CircleCI to build to dev (triggered by a git push) and has a couple of tricky bits.

Just finished an upgrade like the one you described with a similar Composer and CircleCI integration for a Pantheon site. It went pretty smoothly after working through some custom modules that had a few deprecated APIs.
