Thursday, September 19, 7:00 - 9:00pm
University of Waterloo, Hagey Hall rm 119
For this meetup we'll catch up on what everyone has been working on since we last got together. Everyone will have the chance to talk briefly about what they've been working on lately (Drupal-related or not). It's okay if you think what you've been doing sounds boring - maybe the rest of us will find it interesting! You can bring a laptop to demonstrate some things, but this is optional.
Some topics we'll be hearing about include:
- More Drupal 7 to 10 migrations
- What those cheap off-the-shelf themes are really like
- More experiences with Single Directory Components
- Making two sites share the same design system/component library
- Off the island: Developing a custom LMS
- Whatever you have to share! (it doesn't have to be Drupal related)
And some possible questions for discussion:
- Is anyone moving to Drupal 11 yet? How is that going?
- Did anyone else have a lot of trouble with 10.3?
- Thoughts on the Starshot initiative?
- On using Single Directory Components: When do you make something into a component?
From here we can get some ideas about what we'd like to hear about in more detail at upcoming meetups.
Note that we are back to our traditional start time at 7:00pm. The room will be the same as last year at the University of Waterloo. If you haven't joined us before, please check the Group home page for directions. There should be signs up on the doors pointing the way.

See you tonight!
Looking forward to seeing everyone this evening!
The Zoom link is now posted in the meeting description. I'm thinking that everyone who wants to share something can just join the zoom call and share your screen, whether you're there in-person or not.
If you can't make it to the meeting, please post here about what you've been doing! It doesn't have to sound particularly interesting or exciting, and it doesn't have to be Drupal-related.

There's a few of us in the Zoom but no one from the room is there. There a different link or something?
