Motions
Motions must be submitted to the Secretary (info@drupal.scot) not less than 7 days before the meeting.
Election
The election of the committee will take place online before the AGM. Each person registered to attend the AGM will be eligible to vote. The vote will be conducted using the PR-STV method. If 7 or less nominations are received then no election will take place and those people will automatically be elected.
Nominations
Nominations for election to the committee must be submitted to the Secretary (info@drupal.scot) not less than 7 days before the meeting. The nomination must include a paragraph about the nominee which will appear on the voting system.

Treasurer's Report
Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports for last financial year (ending 31 May 2025) attached.
Drupal Scotland Association will move to a new bank account after the AGM (to meet adjusted criteria as agreed in amended Constitution (DC Scotland, 25 Oct 24),) after the election and the 3 signatories nominated.
Nominations
Six nominations were received for elections to the committee and therefore no election will take place and the nominees are automatically elected to serve on the committee. The committee will be:
As there were fewer than seven nominations the committee will discuss co-options to fill the vacancies at their first meeting. If you are interested in being co-opted please email info@drupal.scot stating how you could help further the work of Drupal Scotland by being part of the committee.

End of an era
Big thanks to Duncan and Rob for all they've contributed to the Scottish Drupal community over the years - I know how much time and energy you guys have dedicated and there have been some awesome camps and events. Truly the end of an era, but Drupal Scotland is in good hands and best of luck to the new chair and committee.
