Voluntary help creating a theme

I run WhiplashInfo.se entirely voluntary. The ambition is to help other injured and disabled people to manage the various problem areas sooner or later encounters.

I myself am injured and have a wife who is severely disabled with the so-called acquired disabilities. I care for her in our home. Both, we include chronic pain due to injuries in the nervous systems (for those who know what it means).

I started Whiplash Info around 2000. This site contains about 2-3000 pages with facts and information in the legal, insurance, social support, etc.. Ie areas which often pose problems for the injured and their relatives. I need voluntary help creating a theme.

have work in more than 17 years in the insurance branch and is a specialist in personal insurance, including, inter alia, includes a considerable amount of law.

The site was built in MS FrontPage because I can not program the code. It will be rebuilt and I've been stuck for Drupal.

Since the mid-2000s, I am the official recipient of Microsoft's Sponsorship Program because of what I do, and will then include access to their software and knowledge. This also applies to Adobe and many other suppliers.

For some years I also sit on the Board of Medical Insurance Board - a completely independent organistaion of medical skills including some lawyers - whose purpose is to act as the antithesis of the insurance physicians employed by insurance companies, whose opinions often are full of BIAS.

I am now looking for help to build a theme that makes the site accessible and foreseeable and therefore need to contact someone knowledgeable in this.
