I'm attempting to create workflow to consolidate our departments approval process for internal procedures. Want to have user submit request, and have it be routed to managers / directors based on conditions in the form. Seems fine so far, but I'm hung up trying to send an email to users with a link to the form url. I can't seem to find this as a token in the rules module. I copied all available tokens as displayed in the rules page and pasted them into the message but nothing seems to create a link to the node itself.
I think this should be simple, but just syntax that I don't quite understand yet.
Any help is appreciated.

Which trigger, to what form?
1) What kind of form is it you want to direct users to? A node edit form?
2) What trigger are you using for your rule? Posting new content? Content has been saved?

Hey Johan - thanks a bunch for the quick response. I'll give you a little more detail here.
We have about 20 different internal forms, (Cell phone request form, new employee email setup form, software request form, etc etc)
I would like the following to happen:
1. Requester fills out form
2. Requester receives confirmation email
3. Department Manager receives email (based on department selected on the form) Also included in the email is a link to the form
4. Mgr logs in, clicks check-box (with permissions so only mgr > can alter) and resubmits
5. Form is routed to GM for final approval
6. GM Logs in, clicks check-box and types initials, resubmits
7. Form is routed to whichever department for fulfillment
The trigger i'm using is "Webform Submitted" -> send tokenized email (ideally)
I had planned to use views so mgmt users would have basically an inbox of forms that they need to act on when they login. The same idea for fulfillment.
Workflow module
Have you tried the Workflow module? Seems like this might fit your requirements.
